For 100 years Waldmann have been manufacturing high-quality writing instruments from 925 solid sterling silver.

The history of the company began in 1918 in Pforzheim, the capital of traditional German jewellery in the Black Forest,

as a production site for high-quality gold and silver mechanical pencils.

925 Sterling Silver is therefore a precious metal alloy consisting of 92.5% silver and 7.5% of other materials.Being a harder and more stable alloy, 

making it ideal for the production of jewellery and coins, but also forthe production of high quality writing instruments, such as those made by Waldmann.
